Radio Wales power reduction
I read in the mediumwave news website that radio Wales on 882 kilocycles is to reduce power from its current 100 kilowatts down to just 12 kilowatts from a solid state containerised TX in the carpark at Washford. Another one on its way out I fear. Also radio Devon on 801 and 990 kilocycles now has a retune message on a loop

Re: Radio Wales power reduction
Radio Devon does indeed - I have an idea power was reduced some months ago, as I noticed interference more.
Sad days. |
