Looking for info about an infrared scope
Hello, I am looking for any info about this infrared scope. It was made by Philips xxxx on late 50’s or beginning of 60’s. I can not read the second name after Philips. I will appreciate any info about it.

Re: Looking for info about an infrared scope
Any information about the scope? I mean the name or code of the model or its features. I know the picture is on a 1958 ad but not more information.
Thanks un advance. |

Re: Looking for info about an infrared scope
Looks like something based around the WW2 German Zeilgerat 1229 technology. What you see in the photo is the viewing tube/sight and the infra-red projection light. What you don't see is the 20Kg of batteries!
WW2 infra-red technology is a fascinating subject but maybe not for this forum? Andrew
