W W Whatley
Hello All
I've downloaded a scan of the Heathkit QM-1 Q meter instruction manual and I notice that it has the name W W Whatley written on it. I fact there are two or three of these scans around in the www, and they all seem to be the same. Does anyone know who Mr Whatley is/was? best regards ... Stef |
