Default Decca ? Console TV cabinet

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...2633735894303/

Looks decent condition (apart from the hole cut in the base). Originally it was in FB with a record deck (hence the hole) and amp installed inside; now looks like these have gone and relisted as just the cabinet.

I recall somebody was resurrecting a Decca cabinet that had been Farrow and Ball'ed ... Maybe this will save a bit of time and sanity ?

Hi

It looks to me as though the cabinet is for a Decca 121 Television, they made 2 models, the 121 and the 131 the only difference was the 131 had a 3 waveband radio unit mounted on the righthand side, in the base was a Mullard projection unit with a 2.5" tube and the screen that you looked at was a ground plastic screen.

My Mum and Dad had a 131 for years until they got a Decca DM4/C
