Default Unknown radio - French?

Can anyone shed a light on this radio? Given to me recently in Brittany. Electrical condition unknown but looks complete apart from back panel.

Looks as though there is provion for a magic eye- which is blanked off.

No maker's name, just what looks like a dealer sticker.

regards

Oddly enough that SAFE badge is the clue- looks like a SAFE radio. See:

though that's no help witn the model.
