1950s record player cabinet
I am restoring an E.A.R. record player from the late 1950s. The material covering it is very tatty and stained and it would be good to strip it off and replace it, but I am unable to find a source - possibly because I don't know what to look for!
It's a plasticky-papery sort of material, printed with a small repeating pattern and textured. I don't think it is Rexine as that would seem to be thicker and "leather-grain" textured. Any help with this gratefully received! |

Re: 1950s record player cabinet
Could we see some pictures it might help to identify the material? When restoring old RP I use Rexine, which I have bought from Sid and Russell Chaplin at Retrospecalist.co.uk.
