Default Multi-function Tester-TC1 parts

Hello, looking for info regarding availability/replacement type SMD numbered AL076 or AL619.(Scematic shown as AL619, but on print AL076).

You would be hard pushed to get any chips for a TC1 for less than the cost of a new unit.
You would be very lucky if there was any kind of fusing in one.
