Hmm
I don't think I could afford the annual maintenance and certification costs. I expect you'd also have to buy the other properties around you out to the collapse radius. You could graze the area with sheep, but someone would require you to provide them with hard hats. Tin hats to keep the EMF people quiet. David

Re: New Antenna influence Idea ?
That is a rather splendid and well occupied mast, some people find these things ugly* I like it. Most masts and towers near me have a fall radius that is over houses, how do they do that?
*and still want 24/7 Radio, TV, and "mobile" coverage. |

I would not have a clue what is bolted and sending info from that mast, It's BBC I think? and possibly the lower part rented out to contractors, Dunno man, but it is up the street from my house, massive thing. And as RW said, mayby tin hats might be on order. |

Re: New Antenna influence Idea ?
Wooww Jules !!
You know your stuff for sure, It's kinda crazy when you actually stand beside a mast this tall, There is so much antennas/airiels pointing in all directions and the whole thing is dripping with dishes/antennas and hell no's what. Looms and heavy looms going up, I mean stuffl ike 000 AWG and beyond, hundreds of it going up the mast It beggars beliefe, but it's also amazing to see it up front in person. I can send more pics of the antenna mast where it is secured to the ground, with its concrete heavy 60 ton blocks attached to those stainless steel support wire strappers going up. I would love to build an antenna, but Geez,, do I have to go thiis far to make a good one ? Money ain't an option ! So it;s MB21 ? Thank you Joules.
