Default Information about Sound Recorder RO-254A/ASQ from McDonnel Phantom RF-4E requested

Hello,
I am searching for detailed technical information about the Sound Recorder RO-254A/ASQ, P/N 18285 which has been installed on some of the McDonnel Douglas Phantom RF-4E fighter aircraft.
