Another contribution to help nearly everyone else feel sensible. Two sides of the living room, as somehow everywhere else is a tad cluttered at the moment: funny how it looks quite full in here with just five radiograms, seven floor-standing radios and a few other bits and pieces

Me too - £25 at the flea market for SPEC-1, SPEC-4 and TX-9500 II, as I've previously confessed here, without so much as a dud indicator lamp between them

GRRH!!! I officially hate this PC. 40 minutes to transfer photos, then it crashes as I am ready to post. Take two.

Here are few shots of my slightly inadequate collection. This is my boarding bedroom/study area - what you see is about it. Right behiond me is a wardrobe, and out of sight on the left is a bed... and this is where I have lived for three years. Sardines in a tin eh?....

The sets are:
R107 (with a Sarbe 7 distress beacon for scale).
HMV 1120
HMV 1115 (green)
Phillips 206a

Before you ask, there is no crystal in the Sarbe. I won't be causing any incidents! I know exactly where all the wiring is headed...although it might not be in the same neat order as it was originally...

Your lack of space may be a blessing in disguise even if you don't see it like that at present. Watch out that you don't overcompensate when circumstances change. Given the R107 thread, I hope you are watching out for those muting pins! Cheers Dave W

Hi!

I feel really pleased at all these collections - it shows there's hope for me still!!! Only trouble is, my shambles is so bad you can't move anywhere in it and I still have misgivings of it all going through into No. 65 below me at 4 a.m. one morning, and the tenant there's already in a bad mood with me over last Christmas's leaky hot water cylinder......!!!

Mark,
I remember it well.
Keep up the good work.

As for my own stuff it is still in chaos waiting for replacement larger shed. Made a start today...
Watch this space........
What troubles me { Only a little. } Is that most of you seem to be able to keep stuff tidy. There must be a secret.

Hi Peter.

I have to confess that pic was taken a while ago and the tidiness dept has been on a go slow for a while ( too much other stuff to do !! ) also i am starting to seriously run out of space as i have had to empty the loft as the upstairs ceiling has started to bow. I am also fighting damp in three sheds !!! so the workshop is looking a bit full (bursting) now. I just cant say no ( rip grange hill ) i seem to of acquired quite a few record players to go with the hundreds of tape recorders somehow ? at least i am not alone in this strange (affliction ) hobby

Cheers Mark
