Default Broken gear on Garrard no. 23 spring motor.

Hi!

I recently bought an old wind-up gramophone with a Garrard no. 23 spring motor. Unfortunately, one of the gears on the spring motor are broken. The teeth on this gear are grinded, and it has also cracked around the centre. It looks like it's made of bakelite.

Here are some pictures:

Does anyone on here know if there is any chance of getting this fixed?

I've tried to Google this spring motor, but I haven't found any identical motor or gear, so finding a replacement is not easy.

I hope somebody on here can help me.
