I still have a small number of 28C16 EEPROMs here, should anyone need one. I had an example of the (1990ish) PCB which originally used them (and is the reason why we still have some in stock) in for repair the day before yesterday, so I'd better not give all of them away just yet.

If your programmer has Linux support, you should be able to download the Source Code (you want the "other distributions" .tar.gz format; .deb and .rpm packages are pre-compiled) for the software and modify it to create your own custom timings.
