Default PYE Radio with SW Bands.

Has any Forum members any recollection or knowledge of a PYE Domestic valve radio, most likely pre war, that had an extensive SW coverage to 27Mhz or possibly higher ?
I have a vague recollection of us having one in the home when I was quite young, so it would have been the late 50`s early 60`s time period.

The 906 International perhaps?

It was the first of many Pye models with numerous SW bands, and the only one from before WWII: didn't quite reach 27MHz, though.

Pye Empire, a large 1936 console set? I have a vague recollection of something like 11A from the 4V heater supply.

Thanks all for the excellent informed response.
Paul, the link to the pictures, was most helpful and yes that looks like it could be the one. The round speaker and push buttons do vaguely ring a bell...Long time ago And it looks like it tunes down to close to 10 Mtrs.

Thanks all again.
