Commodore PET document scans
Further to this thread, here are the first scans of sections of the documents, starting with the A3 schematics:

Re: Commodore PET document scans
Thanks Dave - can we persuade you to post the NOP generator and any circuit description details there may be as well? It so happens we have an ongoing PET repair thread where a NOP generator may well be required in the near future.

Re: Commodore PET document scans
Thank you for all you effort with these scans Dave. Some of the monitor diagrams don't seem to be available on Bo Zimmerman's site or elsewhere. The remaining diagnostic/NOP pages in particular may be 'new' material and would be a valuable addition to the knowledge base available to PET restorers. If you are willing and able to continue the good work this thread could become a prime candidate for 'sticky' status.

Re: Commodore PET document scans
Well, here are the remaining documents. By the way, my multi-page A4 scanner does work even though the printer section is throwing up a hardware error - which is useful to know. With the A3 pages I had no alternative to scanning each page to a separate document and then merging them afterwards.

Re: Commodore PET document scans
Thanks again Dave - you can see by the number 'views' of those posted items that this information is proving of great interest, including the latter items which probably weren't available anywhere else.
Thanks also to Dennis M who was kind enough to make the original paper documents available originally. |
