F8 valve socket
Hello,
I am seaching for the correct name of the radio valve sockets for the "11" type valves, such as EF11, EMF11 magic eye etc. Need to know how to count up the socket pin numbers. Eventuelly where to buy socket in order to make up an adapter socket for an AVO MK3 tube tester. |

Re: F8 valve socket
The PDF datasheet on this page shows how the pins are numbered.
http://www.r-type.org/xtras/xtra00504.htm I can't help with the type of socket or where to buy. |

Re: F8 valve socket
The code for those valve sockets is Y8A (German Steel).

Re: F8 valve socket
I've also seen that valve base called "Footless" but I can't remember where. Y8A is a more useful description, I think.
