Default Beocord 2000 motor

Hi everyone. Looking for advice on a Beocord 2000 (1980s model). I've replaced the decomposing belts, but it seems that the motor is seized - there's 14.8v across the terminals, but there's no movement out of it and it's stiff to turn manually. This seems to be a common problem. Any ideas where to source them?
