Default Old 3 way speaker identification. B139 bass HF1300.

Hello
I've got these speakers from my Dad, who can no longer remember who designed them, though he seems sure it was someone half respectable - does anyone recognise them?
cheers
jonnie

They are beauties and, unfortunately for me, just the sort of thing I buy for no reason! I bet they sound nice. Sorry, no technical input from me, just hope you'll play some tunes through them.

If i remember correctly, the midrange unit is the same as used in the original Goodmans Maxims.

Nice acquisition! The HF1300s don't have the range of modern tweeters but I imagine they should still sound pretty good.

Radford used that Goodmans mid and Celestion HF1300 in their Studio 90 transmission lines - and later the B139. Mine are quite early I think and have Goodmans 10" LF drivers.
