Sorry that I can't find the original threads by Dr Who or Panrock but I thought that this cutting from the London Evening Standard dated Tuesday 19th August might be of interest.

The Moderators have permitted this post but are closing it with immediate effect as it is felt liable to cue a political debate.

The previous threads mentioned were subjected to much editing and, in some cases, deletion, simply because they'd become rather long-winded and too numerous.
