Default MC14451 Oscillator pinout?

Hi folks, has anyone got a datasheet/pinout for this IC?

Every datasheet I have checked online refers to the 1445 which is a 14 pin device, not this one.

Thanks.

I suppose it is this

MC14451 Oscillator / 2^11 to 2^19 Divider / Buffered Duty Cycle Control

No luck with a pinout so far.

Thanks for your help folks... Looks like the IC is duff. Got a clock signal but it directly drives the emitter of a biased transistor (I guess high impedance and there is no signal coming out of the pin.

So my next question... Has anyone got an MC14551 NOS

I can always emulated with a pic micro..

Could you use a 4060 (or two)? Still readily available.

Maybe, although I am struggling to work out what these folks have done with the signal. They have connected pin 1(Q11) to pin 7 (Duty-cycle reset) but also pin Q15 to pin 6 (driver in).
Now according to the table, With a 32.768kHz xtal, DCR to Q11 gives 31.2nS @ 16Hz, but on the same table pin Q15 connected to pin 6 (Driver in) you get 31.2mS @ 1Hz. Does this mean every 1000mS we will get single pulse for 31nS from the DCC out pin?

I have to admit I am a bit confused about this!
