A couple of questions:

Is this event going ahead next Sunday?

Will the organisers being taking names/details and passing them on for track-n-trace, test-n-trace, or whatever it's called now?

Yes, we are working hard to get things ready for the table top sale this Sunday.

There will be lots of goodies at sensible prices as we need to clear the decks.

As the usual swap meets have not been running during the pandemic we have had a lot of donations that need good homes!

Entry is at 11am, £3 on the door. All attendees will be required to fill in their Name and contact details on entry.

In consideration of our neighbours please do not turn up at 9am and mill around as no guests will be admitted before 11am.

Wearing of masks is no longer obligatory HOWEVER please feel free to take all measures you personally feel appropriate.

This will be a good one and we look forward to seeing you all again

No comments on Covid measures or track and trace etc please. David has given the information so people can make their own informed decisions whether they wish to attend or not.

Hi.

Just to let you know there are rail engineering works going on tomorrow, affecting west Norwood. There is a replacement bus service. which of course takes longer than the train journey.

Great to get back to the Museum after so long and see so many familiar friendly faces. There were plenty of bargains to be had, the hardest thing was trying to resist temptation - I didn't quite succeed!

Thanks to all the volunteers who put in so much effort to make it happen. It's a shame the rain decided to spoil things a bit.

A brilliant day at the Museum yesterday, good to see so many of the old gang turning out.

As you say Ian, it was great to get back. At least the rain held off until later in the day and the Gazebo’s kept things dry.

I was surprised by the amount of items we shifted, and how some of the visitors loaded their goodies in cars was an amazing sight. We had many delighted buyers!

The volunteers did a fantastic job and Eileen made sure everyone felt welcome.

The work done behind the scenes to ensure the new land was ready (and covered over) really made this event work so thanks to everyone for your support.

It is fair to say the Museum has survived the pandemic and is back with a bang!

Please keep an eye for further events at the Museum website.

I wonder if anyone one took any pictures? Those of us who couldn't make it I am sure would like to see what an actual event looked like after all this time

Cheers
