Hi
Hoping someone can assist with this problem
HMV radiogram model 2354
The record speed selector no longer functions
It can be moved up and down but it's loose and doesn't seem connected to anything
Can someone please advise how to repair this please
Any help appreciated

Your Radiogram shuld be fitted with a Garrard 2025TC autochanger. If that's correct, the service sheet for this can be found via the top RHS "Service Data" link above.

It seems that the record player deck that is fitted is in fact the Garrard 6 200 c

I have had a look at the manuals, I just cannot work out how to get the record player unit out of the Radiogram body itself!

There are screws around the edge but the unit does not lift out? Again any assistance appreciated.

You will need to turn the retaining clips fixed to the transit screws to the vertical position and just lift the deck out. To do this you will need to access the underside of the deck plate.

Remove the rear cover, you should be able to slide your fingers in, and turn the clamps vertical, then lift the deck out.
