Default Channel Four Long Play Trade Test Tapes

I wonder if anyone can help me
Does anyone have copies of Channel Four trade test transmission Long Play Tapes 7,8,9 and 10
They were broadcast in the late 1980s
Either that or The Programme as broadcast Sheets for these tapes
The ones I have are
Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto
Donna Diana and
Samson and Delilah

The Channel Four Long Play tapes are:-
7 Beethoven: Symphony No 6 in F major (Pastoral) 1986
8 Dvorak: Slavonic Dance No. 1 1987
9 Respighi: La Fiamma 1988
10 Dvorak: Polonaise in A major 1988
