These sets are so big and heavy I had to make a small table for mine to sit on in my display room. Most of my sets are stored on Spur shelving, but there's no way it would support a set of this size and weight. I managed to find a nest of tables in a charity shop where the middle table was (almost) just what I needed. They sold it to me for £6. Fortunately the table was a bolt together type and I was able to remove the top and make a new one that was the exact size to take my 650.

What a great job you've done on that set, well done. Looking at the manufacturers data it states a weight of 63.5 lbs, no wonder you had to find a sturdy table to put it on!
