Sony Betamax SL-C30
Hello
I have a sl-c30 with the falling problem When inserts the tape the tape becomes loaded on the video head and then noting no play, eject, ff, rev To remove the tape just by hand Is there anybody knows this problem, and the solution? hooping to hear |

What do you mean by "nothing"? It can be interpreted in a few too many ways to ever get near a correct diagnosis. Does the head keep spinning? What does the display show? Does it respond to controls?
If you struggle a bit with the English language, you could also try various Dutch fora. www.circuitsonline.net or www.philipsradios.nl/forum or if you also like Philips and are prepared to post more than just a betamax question, you could try www.mfbfreaks.com as there is at least one regular who is knowledgeable about betamax videorecorders even if they are borderline off-topic over there. |

by nothing i meen that there is no function no head spin up no tape transport no function of the function buttons ( eject, play, ff,rr, stop ) Display stays on For the dutch fora i know them and ask the same questions |

This might be a power supply problem or the voltage regulator may be bad. You have to measure the voltages and you need the service manual to see if the voltages are correct. Here's the link to the manual:
