Are you saying you replaced all the capacitors on the power supply board but it still does not work? Double-check your work.

If you have two identical power s boards, one working and one not, you could attempt some voltage comparison checks between the two. Be very careful doing this, as there will necessarily be dangerous voltages present on the boards while live.

Get a multi meter and check for any voltage differences between both power supply's. The T7 that doesn't power on should have voltage drops in the power supply.

Are you using a PAL or SECAM tape?

The chroma/luminance circuits may need new capacitors. You really need the service manual to deal with these problems.

One fix in power

I Replace These Parts
Two Transistors Broken (NEC-C2335)
and Two Capacitors (4.7/350v) and one (47/16v)
and One Resistor (3w 3.3Ωk)

The clock not work, how to fix it

It is clear that you lack the necessary knowledge to troubleshoot and repair this equipment effectively. Just changing components one after another will not identify the root of this fault. My advice is to STOP and take it to a technician before you wreck it completely.
