JVC VCM-II Back Tension Cassette
Hi at all,
i have find this alignment tape, for parts, but i don't know the right tape travel for this cassette. Anyone have this cassette, or explain me the correct travel of this alignment tape? In the last photo, i have attached the cassette spring, in this alignment tape is missing. Let me know Libra |

I spotted an error here. The tape should travel between those two rollers.

The tape path is OK. I'm not sure if this tape originaly had a spring.

i have insert a cassette on a working vhs vtr, press play, but no back tension reading.

Remove the spring that you installed! This is preventing the meter unit from moving back and forth and that's why you don't see any measurements.
