Default GEC McMichael CED Videodisc player help please.

Does anyone know what belts I need for the loading and pickup mechs please?

I have some but they are a little tight. The arm plays ok but the loading is stiff...

Thanks

Courtney

Is this a RCA or Hitachi clone?

I've seen the GEC brand on TV sets that had Hitachi parts inside, so it probably is a Hitachi underneath.

Thanks Paul, I had been on that site loads but never found that chart...

I have ordered a couple of 1.2mm x 25mm belts which I think are the closest metric size equivalents.

I ordered from CED Magic. The belt size was critical and a little too tight or a bit too loose and it didn't work. I sent my stylus off to them for inspection too. Very good company and communication.
