2SK23A equivalent?
This is a FET in a Sony (ALPS) FM front end I'm trying to subdue. Anybody know of a readily available equivalent? The usual sources aren't that forthcoming.

Re: 2SK23A equivalent?
Towers lists BFW61 or 2N5459 - the latter is stocked by Cricklewood Electronics.

Re: 2SK23A equivalent?
attached are datasheets for a 2SK19, and my recollection is that the 19 was used in some FM tuners and is not too far away from the 23. I can pop a 19 in the post for you if you'd like to try it. I bought a few for a project some time ago.
