Default Iret PRC638

I know this set has been mentioned before but I'm asking now in case anything has come up since the earlier thread.
My set does not work on high power, well 30mW is not exactly high. It is correct on low power, 300mW. It also does not work on the 30 MHz or 70 MHz bands, the others are all good.
These would hopefully be simple matters to chase if any circuit info was available but there seems to be nothing out there. Does anyone here have any knowledge of these sets? Or a scrap one to sell?
