Panasonic RQ-SX52 repair (buzz sound) pls help
something bad sudenly happend with my casette walkman
it's just making bzzzzzz sound instead playing music i disassembled it and i had seen that gears was not in right position, so i fixed it and played music again. it worked well, but! when i paused it and played again it started make bzzz noise.. again.. i do not really know what's a problem with this thing.. i spend about a day to figure it out, but no result please, guys, help! Sorry have no real experience of Walkmans. Does it do this on more than 1 cassette ? i.e. the cassette you are trying has not got very stiff has it ?
From video clips 1 and 3 it looks like the 2 gears are unmeshing maybe due to a slipping clutch action or the top gear gets misaligned due to its grey arm (that somehow is mounted to the 2 coils) dropping down. Might be worth trying a small amount of light grease on those 2 gears. |
