Default Sanyo VTC9300PN no video

I've just got the above Betacord of my Gran. I'd like to get it up and running for her, everything looks OK. It will tune into the test signal but i just cant get a picture. Can anyone shed any light, thanks.

Welcome! If everything appears normal except no picture, then if you are lucky it may be dirty heads.
Though I am surprised if it does not need belts etc.

Unless you are skilled then do not try and clean heads yourself as they are impossible to find.
