PMR Crystal Modules - ID?
Does anyone recognise these and perhaps could identify to what equipment they belong please? Thanks in advance.

Re: PMR Crystal Modules - ID?
Storno went through my mind when I first saw them. The crystals are HC18/U size so it was my guess that would be for a handportable rather than a mobile.
They are wire ended for soldering rather than plug in I suspect, unless the leads have yet to be trimmed. They are ~30mm long. I think that frequency pair might once have been the UHF demonstration channel. They would make a pair of sets back to back with 5MHz between TX and RX. |

Is there anything printed on the cases?

Re: PMR Crystal Modules - ID?
My first thought was the Storno 600 series.
Looking through a box of Storno spares they use a HC25 plug in crystal. Low Band type Rx OX 632 , Tx OX 631a UHF type Rx OX611a , Tx OX 611a Paul |

Re: PMR Crystal Modules - ID?
Thanks. Storno 600 is quite similar but not the same - the module is rather larger.
The crystals themselves are wire ended so HC18U or similar. |
