Default Hallicrafters SX-25 Restoration

Hello all,
Brand new to this group, and pleased to be here.
I have a Hallicrafters SX-25, that I just purchased. It appears to me that somebody hacked it up before I bought it, because it has two small toggle switched and some sort of jack in the upper right corner of the front panel.
One of the switched does nothing that I can see, but the other one turns on and off the main tuning dial light. I did a search of SX-25s, but don't see a panel that looks like it.

Any suggestions?
Since this is my first post here, I am not sure how to add any pictures to it.

Thanks
RJ

Hello and welcome to the forums.

Your best bet is to trace the wiring from the switches and jack socket.
