Default Pilot Commander Fault

Hi, I am delving into a (mostly) restored Pilot. I haven't been able to find a schematic but the set did spring to life after a recap then died shortly thereafter. I have located what appears to be a wire wound resistor. I would like some positive ID on the component before I replace it. It still measures around 2 ohms and is in the heater and pilot light circuit. The core of the wire has overheated and become badly burnt.Thanks.
