You've made a great job of that - very well done, looks fantastic!

Shame about the badge, but live and learn - stick it back together with a bit of superglue.

Thank you for the kind remarks, I certainly found it tricky but I least it was worth while. I tried using super glue on the Badge, but it just didnít take, except to my fingers, then tried Araldite but just made a mess, so Iíve given up on the original badge.

A real achievement which far outweighs the demise of the badge. So glad you decided to strip the whole cabinet. Excellent result.

Thank you. It certainly took my mind of our current situation, and I enjoyed doing it. Thanks again for all your kind comments.

I received the ďhifiĒ badge, it really is supposed to be a name badge but I asked them to write Hifi.
Iíd like to know what you think, should I attach the badge or not? I personally like it.

Looks fine to me and certainly better than two small holes. I think I'd use double sided tape to make it easier to replace if the real things turns up one day.

Just received the new HiFi badge from Jon at Sawfish Laser.
Iím delighted with it and it only remains for me to spray it with gold paint and then attach to cabinet.
