Default NAD 4300 AM/FM tuner Alignment

I have a NAD 4300 AM/FM tuner that I'd like to get aligned properly. I could try it myself but as I'm using it as my main reference tuner I'd prefer to get it done properly. It's working fine (I've recently fitted a new preset memory capacitor) it's just that I'd like to get the most out of it. The tuning indicator light is flashing along with the modulated FM signal which seems to indicate to me that something is out of tune.
I have attached the service manual which details the alignment procedure and the equipment required (pages 5 to 8).
I live about 5 miles (8.05 km) from Hemel Hempstead. Could someone align this for me? Thanks.
