Default Decca Gramophone repair needed

Hi all, I'm currently on the look out for recommendations for someone who could fix my Gramophone. It is special to me as it was my Grannie's, so I do want to try and find someone who has experience repairing them and will do a good job, and hopefully close or within Worcestershire or Surrey.
Unfortunately I broke it, I went to wind it up while it was playing, it now doesn't play the music, it still turns but the needle scratches the record.None of my family have a clue about gramophones we are at a bit of loss of what to do or where to go for help.
Thanks for any help and advice you can give me.

John Sleep down here in Cornwall is well known too. He did a marvellous job on the soundbox of my first gramophone.
