I've just inherited an ATM/1/491 AC test meter and a TS/10/299 signal generator from my dad (and an SCA1 'pre amp'). Does anyone have any links as to how they were used and what for? cheers jonnie

If you look at post #2 & #3 of this thread you will see links to the Technical Instructions in which details of these units are given. They were used for testing the response of audio equipment in studio areas and could have been used for manual line testing too. However, the equipment mentioned in Post #10 was special designed for automatic line testing. PMM |

Hello,
If they've not been powered for some time then please ... if at all possible ... wake them up slowly via a variac over a period of half an hour at least. I have working examples of TS/10 & ATM/1 here Best wishes Guy
