Default Help identifying a talkback mic please.

I am going through a collection of mics I've had for over 20 years. One in particular is a mystery as, in spite of being of high quality construction, bears no makers name. It's a gooseneck talkback mic that can't be detached from its stem. A google search of images brings up a close match to an AKGD558 B but, as well as the lack of a name, there is no slot in the capsule outer casing. Three images are attached. Any ideas ?
