I think you may be a bit optimistic expecting 14KV David but you never know with a transformer rewind.

All the examples I have encountered during the last 10 years have been around 12kv.
Disconnecting the width inductor can add around 1kv even when it is in a serviceable condition. They often develop a shorting turn. John.

Brings back memories - back in the day you could buy just replacement windings and reuse ferrite core/mounting hardware
