Dynatron RG86 Burlington query
Hi, Would anyone know if this unit used a toroidal transformer?
Also is there only one type of toroidal transformer used in Dynatron units or do they vary.? Similarly are the rectangular transformers universal or do they vary? I am talking about the vintage units which typically contained a radio, turntable such as GL72. (I know it’s a bit vague but any helpful comments would be much appreciated) |

Re: Dynatron RG86 Burlington query
From the service manual the RG86 used either P/N 15703 or 15840, standard non toroidal transformer. 15703 240v ac , the 15840 has multiple primaries for various export voltages.
The manual is for a range of units and I can only see those P/N’s. Manual available from the service data link top of the page.
