Default Six inch LS

Hi Folks

Got this FulloTone radio off of Longneck (John) and the set needs a six inch LS 3.5 to 5 Ohms and an output transformer that will be suitable for an EL33 opt valve. I do not know the model number of the set as it is not marked so cannot access a circuit diagram for it.

All costs paid.

Assume you mean a 6.5" round speaker (never come across a 6" round) and not a 6" elliptical.

Hi Edward

6.5 inch would most likely be what was originally fitted, have you got both transformer and speaker?

Regret not, I was just trying to clarify your request. You may have really wanted a 6" diameter speaker and I do not know of such a driver size.

I have an old round speaker, overall diameter 20.8cm, 4 holes, distance between opposite holes 19.5cm but I suspect this is too big. I always thought speakers were measured as cone diameter but today is seems to be frame. In case others are confused it may be worth giving more specific detail.

In all of my experience since the late 1940s, the chassis/frame OD is what is the size.
