Default Advance EHT & 6.3v PSU front panel

Hi
I've recently acquired the above in rather poor condition, internally its pretty well perfect, the variable EHT control was seized but after dismantling the nylon bush needed to be carefully reamed, after lubrication all is well, also a 1M resistor was open circuit to the EHT meter. My problem is the front panel, it's quite badly rusted, I don't even know the model number, information would be useful and even a scan of the front panel.
I couldn't find any info online. Photo is after respraying the case.

These people are ex Advance and Farnell PSU design engineers.

If nothing else they might be able to give you a model number.

Al

Edit: It would be helpful if I had posted the link! Doh.

Hi Trevor,
I thought it was a PP-12 (check back panel...)

Andy

Indeed it is a PP12, thanks Andy.
Never gave the back panel a second look.... Oh dear.
Anyway I still need a scan or a front panel.

Thanks Al for the info and link.
