It's exactly as it says on it - it's a 'Sound' (Sound T.R.E. ie, Tape Recorders Electronics Ltd.) with a Collaro Studio deck fitted. I've got two, maybe three, but not the same model as yours, as they made a few different models. Two have the Collaro Transcriptor deck and the other has a Magnavox.

This is a very well featured unit launched in 1959 and one of the first to use the Collaro "Studio" 3 speed deck. The only downside is that it is optimised for 3.3/4ips and with no EQ for the other speeds.
