Thanks for the reminder that I saw the postie come past while I was in a meeting this morning - and the Bulletin was indeed the purpose of his visit.

Some very interesting articles ! Also a booking form for the new Biggleswade meeting. There is no mention of this on the online BVWS events diary though?

My copy arrived in Rammy on Thursday. The usual high standard but a bit of a spcial event. like other members I've been "commuting" between north and south for a very long time. The lock down and a very serious [non Covid] illness in the family has restricted my presence at home for two years. It was very nice to actually be here when the bulletin came through the letter box. There has been a lot of post to open and the issues I missed since march 2020 have gone south by car [a month ago] with my wife and daughter. I usually travel light by train so I took the opprtunity to send a number of items on ahead [unread]. I used to look forward to the Magazine when I travelled back north but the situation will be reversed this time

I'm not sorry to have missed th heatwave in the South East. We had a sample of that last

I'll be updating the events on the BVWS website in the next few days (most likely at the weekend), and will be adding all the events listed in the Bulletin.

I'll also add Biggleswade to the announcements on the home page.
