Default Signals Museum at RAF Henlow, Bedfordshire

Hello all,
This is to draw your attention to the fact that the Signals Museum at RAF Henlow will be closing down in June this year after 24 years of educating and entertaining members of the public.

Following discussion with the station, we have been allowed a short extension to our closure date to the 8th of June so that we can partake as a “base station” in the 80th anniversary D-Day commemorations and we have added three extra open days. These are the 20th April, 18th May, and 8th June.
Full details of this are on the web site at https://signalsmuseum.uk/ so please come and enjoy the sounds and smells from the valve era!

Default Re: RAF Signals Museum Henlow Closure

This is very sad and regretable but hopefully many exhibits and artifacts can be saved.
I have already lodged a notice of interest on behalf of RAF Snaith Museum, sadly we couldn'tt take everything!

I'm going to try and get down on the April open day with a few of our other volunteers.
