Default GEC barretter

Hi
I saw a set of Christmas lights for sale with what looks like a barretter in the string. Looks like a GEC device. The only type number I can see on it is 13. Does anyone know this barretter and what its specs are?

TIA

Default Re: GEC barretter

On second thoughts, that 'barretter' is probably just a vintage 60watt light bulb
