Default Power supply for Cossor P43

I have just finished the power supply for this Cossor valve, battery set ,the transformers I had ,by connecting the windings in series I ended up with 38v after a voltage multiplier on load gave me 125 v just the job I used a LM317 the 1.5 amp version for the LT at 2.1 volts , the meatal box came from a 5 v computer power supply switch mode" yuk" . The radio performs extreme well on its built in frame aerial. Mick.
