Default Levell

Does anyone have a list of the semiconductors used in the Levell TM3a, TM3B, TM6a and TM6B?

I've just taken the back off my TM3B for you. The instruction manual doesn't have a list, just semiconductor symbols on the diagram, so I can't link them to reference numbers, I'm afraid.

The semiconductors visible on the PCB are: 6x ME4102, 1x BC184, 2x ME0411.

I have a Levell schematic (drawing Issue T15) for the TM3A & TM3B designated "T series", very similar but not identical to the schematic in the manual above, still has the 9 transistors.

Do not know what operational difference there might be with T series versions.

Many thanks Uncle Bulgaria. I have a a TM 3/6 service manual, but the semiconductors are not listed, I was wondering what they were.

A pleasure. Yes, all the manuals I've seen online have the same circuit diagram for the TM3 and 6. and the optional PSU, but only number the transistors rather than showing them on the PCB and saying what they are.
