UBC81 is a double diode triode which does not appear correct because a superhet needs a frequency converter. The valve line-up can be confirmed with the Vintage Radio Service Data available from the link at the top right of this page. With UCH81, UBF89 & UCL83 the heaters add up to 78 V which is the approximate voltage that you should have where R16 meets V1.
